Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. Scott Gallery will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by Steve Scott that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
The user acknowledges that Customer Service related to the purchases made on the site will be provided by Steve Scott. Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. Products are sold as-is. Returns are not accepted except under special circumstances with preapproval and authorization by Steve Scott.
At Scott Gallery, your satisfaction is our number one priority.
If your order is flawed because of a mistake on my part, I will replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Quality is very important to me so I may ask you to return the order so I can take a look at the mistake.
If you made a mistake or changed your mind and wish to receive a refund, you must return the merchandise and a 50% return fee will apply. Please email Steve Scott at [email protected].
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping containers it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to [email protected]. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let me know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request will be processed within 2-5 business days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
I strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.
A return request must be submitted before returning merchandise to be eligible for a replacement. To submit a return request, please email Steve Scott at [email protected].
Returns for reasons other than Scott Gallery error will be subject to a 50% return fee. We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund).
Shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded if the entire order is returned. I am unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Acceptance of Order
Scott Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such an event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).
Items ordered are subject to tax.
Scott Gallery will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. Scott Gallery will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
Credit Card Transaction Processing
The user authorizes Scott Gallery to process payment for orders at the time orders are placed. This means the User’s credit card will be authorized and charged at that time. Orders will be fabricated and shipped within approximately 10-20 business days, 15-25 business days during the peak holidays season, of order acceptance. Shipping typically takes 1-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
By placing an order with Scott Gallery you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Scott Gallery.
